Race Weekend 2009

As many of you know the Indy 500 is a huge event in the Mays household. Daddy Mays looks forward to Race weekend all year long, in fact he is rarely seen with his shirt on during this month. Although Mommy Mays took it easy this race season, a great time was had by all. On Friday of race weekend we had our 34 week check up. All was right on track. Baby M.'s heart rate was 148 (a little higher than previous check-ups but perfectly healthy). Daddy says it's heart rate was up due to race excitement! After our appointment on Friday we headed to Uncle Matt and Aunt Laura's house for a cookout. They have done a ton of work to their new house, and it is looking fabulous! On Saturday morning we went to the track to set-up camp (Daddy camped out but Baby Mays and I opted to go home and sleep in our comfy bed)! On Sunday Mikey went to the race, and Baby Mays and I went to get pedicures with my best friends Steph and Lori. Later on that evening we got hangout with Steph's son, Max. It is so great spending time with them, we miss them so much since they have moved to St. Louis.






It's not race weekend without chicken wings!!
