Camping at McCormick's Creek

 We took Cash on his first camping trip last weekend at McCormick's Creek in Spencer, IN. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time! Cash could live outside if we let him, so camping was right up his alley. We did rent a cabin, which I am very thankful for, since the high for the weekend was in the low 50s. It was very nice to have a fireplace and a warm shower to come back to in the evenings! Some of Cash's favorite activities included the following: sleeping on bunk beds, roasting/eating smores, reading books, petting the horses, hiking, touring the nature center, throwing rocks in the water, stomping in the waterfall, riding his bike on the trails, riding on his
daddy's shoulders, and playing in the fort. Unfortunatley his fishing pole
broke before we even had a chance to put it in the water, too much
practicing in the cabin I guess haha. All three of us had a fabulous time,
and I look forward to many many more camping trips with ALL of my boys!!
